1. When will my order ship?
Pre-made items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Pre-order items will ship within 14 days after the website closes.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
2. How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days after they’re shipped. You’ll receive tracking info via email to follow your package in real time.
3. Are your items true to size?
Yes! Our pieces run true to size. If you like a more oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.
4. Can I return or exchange my item?
All sales are final. We don’t offer returns or exchanges unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please double-check your order before checking out.
5. What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?
Email us at seekmrkt.help@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll fix it fast.
6. Do you restock items?
Most drops are limited and won’t restock. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking. You can also use the “Track Your Order” page on our site to follow your package.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders have a flat $20 shipping fee, and tracking will be sent when your order ships.
